This policy applies regardless of satisfaction with the service, changes in business needs, or failure to use purchased credits.
Plan Changes: You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Unused credits remain in your account when changing plans. Price changes for credit purchases will be communicated 30 days in advance.
